Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat and brush the cut side of each peach half with olive oil.
  • Grill the peach halves cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  • Allow burrata to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes prior to serving.

Assembly

  • On each serving plate, arrange grilled peach halves and nestle a ball of burrata next to it.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, scatter basil leaves on top, and sprinkle with sea salt.

Serving

  • Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast between warm peaches and cool burrata.

Notes
