Instructions

Cooking the Sausage and Eggs

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage patties according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each egg and allow the cheese to melt slightly.

Assembling the Sandwiches
