Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, ensuring you lightly grease it.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create an even layer.
  • Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden and feel set.
  • Once baked, sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the hot crust. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes to melt, then spread evenly.
  • Scatter the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate evenly.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
  • Let cool completely in the pan before slicing. Chill in the fridge for cleaner cuts.
