  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For a luscious and velvety finish.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Brings umami and enhances the savory notes.

  • 2 pieces green onions, finely chopped For freshness and a pop of color.
  • 1 piece soft-boiled egg (optional) Elevate your dish with this final touch.

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

  • Combine chicken with sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well-coated and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.

Prepare the Broth

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chili oil for extra heat if desired.

Cook the Ramen

  • Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions, discarding seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Bowls

  • Divide cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls. Ladle the creamy garlic broth over the noodles and arrange sliced chicken on top.

Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Optionally, add a soft-boiled egg and sesame seeds. Drizzle with extra chili oil before serving.

Notes

To save time, marinate chicken the night before. For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk. Always taste the broth before serving and adjust seasoning as needed. If short on ramen noodles, use quick-cooking noodles like udon or zoodles.
