Instructions

Make the Mint-Chili Syrup

  • Combine honey, lime juice, and finely chopped chili in a small saucepan.
  • Add water, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat.
  • Let it bubble for 2–3 minutes until flavors meld, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in the mint leaves and let the syrup cool completely.

Assemble the Skewers

  • Begin threading watermelon and feta cubes onto the skewers, alternating for a colorful display.

Drizzle & Chill

  • Arrange assembled skewers on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle cooled mint-chili syrup over skewers just before serving.
  • For an extra refreshing bite, chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
