Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves Graham Crackers Adding a delightful crunch
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced For that perfect burst of sweetness
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix For a creamy and smooth filling
  • 1.5 cups Cold Milk To blend beautifully with the pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) package Cream Cheese, softened For rich flavor
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Whipped Topping (Cool Whip) To give it that airy lightness
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream For a luscious frosting
  • 0.5 cup White Chocolate Chips Adding a hint of sweetness
  • 0.5 tsp Strawberry Extract For an extra layer of fruity flavor
  • Pink Gel Food Coloring (optional) to add a pop of color for visual appeal

Instructions

Preparation

  • Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Incorporate the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk, mixing until the mixture thickens into a creamy consistency.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is well blended.

Layering

  • In a 9x13 inch dish, layer graham crackers to create a solid base.
  • Spread half of the cream filling on top and evenly scatter the sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream filling, and more strawberries.
  • Top with one last layer of graham crackers.

Frosting

  • Heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  • Pour it over the white chocolate chips in a bowl and allow it to sit for about 2 minutes. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the strawberry extract and a drop of pink gel food coloring.

Chilling

  • Spread the pink strawberry frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • Once chilled, cut the cake into squares and serve with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Consider fresh strawberry purée in the filling for a stronger flavor. Try drizzling crushed graham crackers on top of the frosting for extra crunch. Experiment with seasonal fruits or pudding flavors.
