Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix steak pieces with minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking Steak Bites

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak in a single layer and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized. Remove from the pan.

Cooking Shrimp

  • In the same skillet, toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from pan.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Combining Everything

  • Return steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing in the sauce for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
