Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 55-65 minutes or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven, leave the door ajar, and cool for 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drip Preparation

  • To prepare the drip, heat heavy cream until just boiling. Pour over white chocolate chips and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth, then color with remaining food coloring.
