Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a small baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the brie wheel in the prepared dish, centered.
  • Arrange the sliced pear and halved figs on top of the brie.
  • Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the fruit.
  • Drizzle honey generously over the fruits and cheese.
  • Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves, flaky sea salt, and optional black pepper on top.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the brie is soft and starts to ooze.
  • Once out of the oven, transfer the brie to a serving board.

Serving

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider roasting walnuts in a skillet before adding. You can use different fruits like apples or dried cranberries. To save time, you can quarter the pear instead of slicing.
