Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by adding the crumbled feta and cream cheese to a food processor. Blitz until fully combined and smooth.
  • Add in the Greek yogurt and olive oil. Pulse again until fluffy and silky.
  • Add freshly ground black pepper to taste. Optionally blend in garlic powder or lemon zest.
  • Transfer the whipped mixture to a piping bag and let it chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, pipe the whipped feta onto savory corn muffins, scones, or biscuits.
  • Top with crushed pistachios, herbs, or a sprinkle of chili flakes or smoked paprika for presentation.
