Instructions

For the crust

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even layer.
  • Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

For the cheesecake filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks begin to form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.

Add the fun stuff

  • Gently fold in the M&M candies and toffee bits to the cheesecake mixture.

Assemble the cheesecake

  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Garnish before serving

  • Just before serving, decorate the top of the cheesecake with additional M&M candies and toffee bits.

Slice and indulge

  • Cut into wedges and serve chilled.

Notes

For a firmer crust, bake it at 350°F for about 5 minutes. You can swap M&Ms for other candies, and consider using mini springform pans for smaller portions.
